We offer a selection of traditional/progressive Vietnamese pastries, drinks, and a few savory dishes for dine-in/takeout on Thursday-Sunday from 9am-3pm.
We do not accept pre-order. All orders are taken in person.
We proudly use local/organic eggs, fruits, and vegetables and source sustainably raised meat and wild seafood.

Dietary Preferences
We are a dedicated gluten-free/celiac-friendly bakery and our pastries do not use dairy.
Some savory dishes contain dairy, but non-dairy substitutions are available.
Many traditional Vietnamese pastries are naturally gluten/dairy-free, so few substitutions need to be made.

Tipping
We are a tip-free bakery. Your support allows us to start employees at $25 per hour and offer PTO, maternity/paternity leave, and health/vision/dental benefits.
